The major scope of our activity includes organisation, transformation, privatisation and consolidation of municipal enterprises. The goal of this activity is to create optimal organisational and economic models in this area.

Recently, the goal of our advisory and organisational actions has been to create and prepare enterprises or municipal institutions (for instance unions of municipalities) for obtaining European Union funds.

Our activity may be best illustrated by the following examples: preparing 22 enterprises from Parsęta River Basin (from Szczecinek to Kołobrzeg) for consolidation process.
