Within last several years, our experts have participated in hundreds of restructuring, transformation, privatisation and consolidation processes. A noteworthy fact is that our Firm provided legal services during over 40 privatisation processes and about 800 restructurisation procedures, significant as well is our activity in the sphere of establishing new entities (almost 400), and consolidation processes (mergers and acquisitions).

Among the projects that our Firm has participated in the most significant are the following:

• Association of Polish Cities and Municipalities of the Parsęta River Basin - providing complex legal services during the merger process of 22 water and sewage enterprises located within the territory of Parsęta River Basin into three multi-municipal commercial companies, the merger was conducted in order to obtain European funds totalling PLN 600M (one of the biggest projects in Poland co-financed from Cohesion Fund),
• The city of Płock – providing complex legal services during privatisation process of the Heating Plant in Płock, ended with the conclusion of agreement on the assignment of shares in favour of the FORTUM Heat Polska sp. z o.o. company,
• Herbapol S.A. in Klęka – providing legal services during privatisation process,
• KPTS Sanitech in Poznań – providing legal services during the privatisation process of the present Remondis Sanitech Poznań sp. z o.o.,
• Aquanet S.A. – due diligence and advisory services during privatisation process of two companies located in Lower Silesia,
• Golubsko-Dobrzyński Poviat – providing complex legal services during privatisation process of the Poviat Hospital in Golub Dobrzyń,
• The city of Toruń – complex assessment of the condition of organisation of all municipal companies,
• Providing legal services during privatisation process of heating companies within 19 towns, including:
  • Active and effective participation in transformation and privatisation process of the Heat and Power Plant in Wągrowiec and Przasnysz, as a result of which two plants, previously in a very bad financial condition, obtained reliable investors,
  • Providing legal services during successful privatisations of the following entities: The Heating Plant in Zamość, the Heating Plant in Świecie, the Heating Plant in Międzyrzec Podlaski, the Heating Company in Pniewy,
• Providing legal services during full privatisation process of the Urban Road Building Company in Poznań,
• Providing legal services during transformation and restructuring processes of the Urban Enterprise of Municipal Economy (Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej) in Wągrowiec,
• Providing legal services during the privatisation process of the Car-Component Manufacturer POLMO in Kalisz,
• Providing legal services during the privatisation process of the Paper Products Factory in Rawicz (now Rawibox),
• Offering restructuring package for municipal entities in Słupsk, and restructuring package for municipal entities in Bolesławiec.
